Order Cancellation

KPCPL reserves the right to cancel any order. In case of a prepaid order, the payment shall be refunded to the customer.

Disputes

The Courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of any dispute. All disputes subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction only.

Payment

KPCPL will not be liable for any type or kind of credit / debit card, Net-banking / UPI, QR / Wallet fraud. The liability to use any kind of credit / debit card, Net-banking / UPI, QR / Wallet fraudulently will be on the customer and the onus to ‘prove otherwise’ shall be exclusively on the user. The user must exclusively use his/her own card on the site. All international shipping orders may attract local duties applicable in that country and accordingly the customer will have to pay such local duties/taxes.

Inaccurate User Information

In case of incorrect address, insufficient address or non-availability of recipient on mentioned address, any extra cost for re-delivering the product shall be borne by the customer. In the event of order cancellation for the above-mentioned case, refund will be initiated after deducting shipping charges spent by us. Coupons

A coupon offer will not be valid until it is applied to the qualifying item during checkout. It is valid only till stocks last. KPCPL reserves the right to modify or cancel coupons at any time.
